Probation/Parole Violations

When someone violates Probation or Parole, they no longer have the right to a Jury Trial and a Judge, solely will determine whether to revoke or reinstate the Probation or Parole.

He/she will review the case under a “Preponderence of the Evidence” standard as opposed to the much harder to reach “Beyond All Reasonable Doubts” standard available in jury trials.

All office has successfully prevented clients Probation/Parole from being revoked, help them retain their “First Offender” status and have been granted “Probation Bonds” so our client’s are not simply sitting in jail waiting for a “Revocation Hearing.”

If you are a loved one want the best chance at not having ALL or Some of your remaining probation revoked, give us a call today for a case evaluation.
